  • Patent number: 11375705
Abstract: The portable insecticide dispenser is an electromechanical device. The portable insecticide dispenser vaporizes an insecticide using a method selected from the group consisting of evaporation and sublimation. The portable insecticide dispenser diffuses the vaporized insecticide into the atmosphere. The portable insecticide dispenser comprises a housing, a control circuit, and an essential oil. The housing contains the control circuit and the essential oil. The essential oil is a lipid-based substance that contains a substance known to be an insecticide. The control circuit vaporizes the essential oil such that the insecticide forms a gas phase that mixes into the atmosphere. The control circuit further mechanically diffuses the gas phase of the insecticide into the atmosphere.

  • Publication number: 20140069013
Abstract: A door closer system includes a base housing configured to couple to a mounting point. A top housing movably couples to the base housing, where the top housing is configured to travel in a linear motion between a extended position and a compressed position relative to the base housing. A linear actuator couples to the base housing and the top housing. A spring couples to the base housing and the top housing. A locking mechanism couples to the base housing and the top housing. A controller couples to the base housing and the linear actuator. A wireless receiver couples to the base housing and the controller. A remote controller includes a user interface and a wireless transmitter.

  • Patent number: 4469480
Abstract: The present invention provides an accurate method and apparatus for monitoring the drop flow rate from a fluid source. The method and apparatus allows for an intermittent drop flow rate by accumulating a weighted drop period rate error factor which is adjusted for each drop period detected.A drop period window is adjusted by each drop period and is utilized to determine if the current drop period is within the window indicating a normal operation. Drop periods outside the window cause a factor to be added to the accumulated error factor and drop periods within the window cause a factor to be subtracted from the accumulated error factor. This allows good periods to offset bad periods, so that minor fluctuations in the drop periods during normal operation can be ignored.
