    Abstract: A plastic thread bonding method and structure for folding edge of a FIBC includes setting the folding edge of the FIBC flatly on a metal solid surface; using a cooling device to maintain a condensation temperature of the solid surface; performing a needle insertion action of the folding edge by a plastic injection needle, and condensing and crystallizing at the eyelet to form a base point; performing a needle withdrawal action by the plastic injection needle to fill up a melted plastic into the eyelet, applying a pressurized cold air to condense the melted plastic to from a thread post; performing a horizontal translation action of the plastic injection needle or the folding edge, and applying the pressurized cold air to condense the melted plastic to form a thread bridge; and repeating the aforementioned procedure to form a next base point, a next thread post and a thread bridge.

    Abstract: A clamping and conveying device for a material bag filling system is provided. Through displacement of X-axis rails and a Z-axis rail and rotation of rotating arms, grippers can be rotated and inserted into a filling tube portion of a material bag. Cantilevers can be moved away from each other for the filling tube portion to be stretched. Through the rotation and return of the rotating arms, the displacement of the cantilevers and the clamping action of the grippers, the filling tube portion is clamped stably. The cantilevers are displaced to the bottom of the material filling device by the Z-axis rail and the X-axis rails. The filling tube of the material filling device is displaced to enter the material bag for blowing air and filling the material. Through a conveyor belt, the material bag with the filled material is conveyed to a sealing device for sealing.

A pair of electric clamps is configured to clamp the filling tube portion. A pair of cantilevers is displaced to the bottom of a material filling device. The filling tube of the material filling device is displaced in a Z direction to enter the material bag for blowing air and filling the material. Through a conveyor belt displaced at the bottom in an X direction to carry the material bag with the filled material to a sealing device for sealing, so as to complete the packaging.

    Abstract: A plastic woven fabric sewing machine includes a stitching device on a tabletop of a worktable in which two overlapped fabrics are placed on the tabletop to be stitched, a tip of a needle portion of a stitching needle cylinder penetrates through the two fabrics to enter a thread knot shaping recess, a plastic material in a chamber is injected into the thread knot shaping recess from a needle hole, after the injected plastic material is cooled, it forms a thread knot to buckle the two fabrics, the tip of the needle portion is retracted from the two fabrics to generate a short stitching thread section, the tip of the needle portion is displaced on the two fabrics to complete one stitch of the two fabrics, the two fabrics are stitched together through continuous multiple stitches, and the stitches each have the thread knot.

    Abstract: A material bag includes a bag body and a sleeve on the bag body. A periphery of an opening of the sleeve is provided with a plurality of flexible tabs. An interval is defined between every two of the tabs. The tabs are separated from each other by the interval and connected to the periphery of the opening of the sleeve, so they can be independently flipped to form force-bearing faces to be clamped by a clamping device. When the folded material bag is used for powder/particle material packaging, the clamping device will act on the tabs for clamping the sleeve of the material bag. The clamping device can complete the transfer of the material bag and the connection between the sleeve of the material bag and a filling cylinder.
