The process includes, in a stripping stage, contacting the mixture with a gaseous stripping agent, thereby to strip hexafluoropropylene from the mixture. A gaseous product comprising hexafluoropropylene and gaseous stripping agent is withdrawn from the stripping stage, as is a liquid product comprising hexafluoropropylene oxide.
