  • Publication number: 20190376930
Abstract: The invention relates to an electrochemical method and device for detecting and/or quantifying sulphur dioxide (S(¾) in its various uncomplexed forms (molecular and ionic) in an aqueous or hydroalcoholic liquid food product. It also relates to a method for regenerating an electrode, the active surface of which is composed of gold. The electrochemical method for detecting and/or quantifying sulphur dioxide (SO2) in its uncomplexed (free) forms in an aqueous or hydroalcoholic liquid food product of the invention comprises: a) introducing into the liquid food product a measuring electrode, the active surface of which, in contact with the liquid food product is entirely made of gold, b) measuring the variation of the current produced by the oxidisation of the free SC½, present in the food liquid, during a potential sweep by cyclic voltammetry. In particular, the invention is used for measuring free S(¾).

  • Patent number: 9784547
Abstract: Aspects provide a surveillance device that is autonomous and includes data processing components which, in real time, process values measured by measurement components and transmit the results of processing operations to logging components for logging, the measurement components including elements that measure values of parameters representative of a mechanical environment and elements that measure values of parameters representative of a climatic environment. Aspects also include restitution components that enable restitution of the logged data and results of processing operations at any time.

  • Publication number: 20150051873
Abstract: The surveillance device is autonomous and comprises data processing means which, in real time, process the values measured by measurement means and transmit at least the results of the processing operations to logging means for logging them, said measurement means comprising elements for measuring the values of parameters representative of the mechanical environment and elements for measuring the values of parameters representative of the climatic environment, restitution means additionally allowing restitution of the logged data and at least of the results of the processing operations at any time.
