    Abstract: Osteosynthesis means comprising a plate secured to one bone fracture segment, and at least a screw inserted inside a hole on the plate and screwed into corresponding holes in the bone segments; characterized by the fact that they comprise an angle joint located between the screw and the hole in the plate, and designed to enable the axis of the screw to be positioned in relation to the plate at any angle within a conical surface whose axis coincides with that of the hole in the plate.
