A first database maintains a plurality of analyte records, wherein each record holds information regarding a particular analyte that was determined from the results of testing a human test group. Each analyte record includes a low value, a high value and a target value. A second database maintains a plurality of vitamin/nutrient records wherein each vitamin/nutrient record includes analytes associated with the particular vitamin/nutrient and an analyte level indicative of vitamin/nutrient that may have supportive effect.
