The movement device is configured to produce a rotational movement of the closure head about a longitudinal axis of the movement device and a translational movement of the closure head along the longitudinal axis of the movement device. The movement device is contacted at least locally by the medium for sealing off the clean room from a non-clean room.

Abstract: An apparatus (1) for shaping plastic preforms (10) into plastic containers (2) is disclosed. Said apparatus (1) comprises a conveying device (2) on which a plurality of blowing stations (8) are arranged. Each of said blowing stations (8) encompasses a blow mold, within which a plastic preform (10) can be shaped into a plastic container (20). The apparatus (1) further comprises a clean chamber (6), within which the plastic preforms (10) can be conveyed. According to the invention, the zone of the conveying device (2) in which the blowing stations are arranged is located in the clean chamber (6), and at least one additional zone of the conveying device (2) is located outside the clean chamber (6).

Abstract: A device for producing plastic containers may include a heating element for heating plastic parisons, a transport system for transporting the plastic parisons along a pre-defined transport path, and a shaping element arranged along the transport path, downstream of the heating device. The shaping element shapes the plastic parisons to form plastic containers. The device has a sterilisation element that applies a free-flowing medium to a wall of the plastic parisons in order to sterilise said wall, the sterilisation device being arranged along the transport path of the containers such that the sterilisation takes place after the heating process applied to the containers in the heating device and before the end of the shaping process in the shaping element.

Abstract: A method of testing a sterilization process for a packaging member such as, for example, for containers or machines, may include the steps of acting upon at least one first region of the packaging member or of the machine with an oxidizable medium. The method further includes acting upon at least one second region of the packaging member or of the machine with an oxidizing agent. The first region and the second region overlap at least in part. The method may also include visually inspecting at least one intersection region, which has been acted upon both with the oxidizable medium and with the oxidizing agent.

Abstract: The invention relates to a vaporizer (1) for the sterilization of containers, comprising a housing (2), a first opening (11) arranged in the housing (2) for supplying a gaseous medium to the housing, an injection device (12) for injecting into the housing (2) a substance which contains hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), a heating device (8) arranged inside the housing (2) for vaporizing the hydrogen peroxide, and a second opening (4) arranged in the housing (2) for discharging a mixture of the gaseous medium and the vaporized hydrogen peroxide from the housing (2). According to the invention, the longitudinal direction (L) of the injection device extends perpendicular to a plane of the heating device (8) and the first opening (4) is adjoined by a pipe section (10) which extends at least partially in a longitudinal direction (L) of the injection device (12), wherein the injection device (12) runs at least partially inside the pipe section (10).
