    Abstract: A device is provided for removing clarified water from a basin. The device includes a water receiving unit associated with a float. The float and water receiving unit is disposed over a pipe assembly. The float and water receiving unit is moveable up and down and, in the process, the telescoping pipe assembly retracts and expands. Water received by the water receiving unit is directed through the pipe assembly to an outlet.
