    Abstract: A system for cooling the interior of a building which monitors the temperature differential between indoor and outdoor air, and provides outside ventilation and cooling when there is a demand for cooling and the indoor air temperature exceeds the outdoor air temperature by a predetermined degree. The system includes an air conditioner for supplementing the cooling effect provided by the outdoor air in a controlled manner.
