    Abstract: A fishing lure has a vane adapted for oscillating movement but not adapted for rotational movement. A spinner is connected to the trailing end of the vane and a hook is operatively connected to the leading end of the vane. An eye arrangement is provided for attaching the lure to the fishing line.
