Abstract: Described herein are several embodiments of a tool for use in making templates for countertops. For example, according to one embodiment, a countertop template clip includes a cabinet wall receiving portion and a template receiving portion. The cabinet wall receiving portion can be removably engaged with a cabinet wall. The template receiving portion is coupled to the cabinet wall receiving portion and can be removably engaged with a template piece. The cabinet wall receiving portion is removably engageable with a cabinet wall and the template receiving portion is removably engageable with a template piece such that the template piece is positionable to define a predetermined overhang relative to the cabinet wall.

  • Patent number: 7339722
Abstract: A nonlinear frequency conversion system includes a first element including a first medium configured to perform type II birefringent phase matching (BPM) of a pump beam to provide corresponding seed beams having at least first and second polarization states. A second element includes a second medium configured to perform quasi phase matching (QPM) of the seed beams. The second element amplifies at least one of the seed beams to provide corresponding output beams, and at least one of the output beams has a predetermined wavelength that is different from the wavelength of the pump beam. • Publication number: 20060248523
Abstract: The invention, which may be a kind of annotations processor, detects zero or more tagsets turned on or selected at runtime. The annotations adapter reads an abstract unit from a java file, and if an annotation of the abstract unit has a tag that is among the tags of a turned on tagset, then the annotations adapter may generate an artifact showing the influence of the annotation. Such a process may continue until there are no more abstract units to process. Comments or annotations that fail to be tagged with a tag of a selected tagset may, nevertheless, be mentioned with a kind of ‘place-holder’ indicating that such comments exist.

  • Patent number: 6505387
Abstract: A flexible fastener having a body formed from tightly coiled wire, with a head affixed to one end of the body, the other end being attached to a first structure, which may be a component of a computer system. The fastener functions by maintaining the position of a first structure adjacent to a second structure, which is provided with a slotted flange. The head end of the fastener is lifted and allowed to fall back such that it drops into the slot in the flange, with the head on the side opposite from the first structure, thus maintaining the correct alignment. The fastener may be threaded into a threaded aperture in the first structure, as a means of effecting the attachment to the first structure. The length of the fastener may be adjusted for optimum alignment by threading the fastener to a desired depth in the aperture. A locknut is provided, to lock the fastener to maintain a desired length.
