  • Publication number: 20240121655
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. For example, the described techniques provide for a first device (e.g., a cellular modem or user equipment (UE)) mapping quality of service flows of a first radio access technology (e.g., cellular) to service classes of a second RAT (e.g., Wi-Fi). The first device may communicate mapping information that indicates the mapping to a second network device (e.g., a router). The first device and the second device may communicate various packets via the quality of service flows and the service classes.

  • Publication number: 20240107578
Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide an architecture and method for multi-link operation (MLO) at an access point (AP). The method generally includes obtaining a packet from at least one buffer and selecting a processing path, from first and second processing paths, for a packet to be routed from the at least one buffer to at least one of a plurality of radio components for wireless transmission to at least one peer via one or more links, wherein: the first processing path is configured to bind the packet to one of the one or more links based on at least one code-implemented rule, and the second processing path is configured to bind the packet to one of the one or more links based on instantaneous channel sensing.

  • Publication number: 20240089791
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a wireless device may buffer uplink communications. However, such approaches may be improved. An access point (AP) may receive, from a station, uplink traffic of a traffic flow for forwarding to a backhaul network via a backhaul link. The AP may monitor a buffer of the AP to determine that a quantity of buffered uplink traffic received from the station exceeds a buffer quota, the buffer quota set for the traffic flow based on a traffic throughput capacity of the backhaul link and a throughput parameter for the traffic flow. The AP may modify, based on the quantity of buffered uplink traffic exceeding the buffer quota, an uplink communication scheme to reduce the quantity of uplink traffic from the station.

  • Patent number: 11920749
Abstract: A modular lighting kit has a plurality of blocks of various shapes and sizes, including a powered master block and a plurality of unpowered slave blocks. The master block is illuminable independently. All blocks are magnetically attracted to each other and connect electrically when abutted together in any 2-D or 3-D arrangement such that all blocks are illuminated when connected directly or indirectly to the master block.

  • Publication number: 20180156397
Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrical connection structure for a PCB and an electroplating frame, and a modular lamp. The modular lamp comprises a plurality of light-emitting modules. Each light-emitting module comprises a housing and a lamp plate arranged within the housing, a light source and conductive connectors electrically connected to the light source being arranged on the lamp plate, an outer side wall of the housing being provided with two sets of conductive strips surrounding the outer side wall and protruding from the outer side wall, the two sets of conductive strips being respectively electrically connected to two electrodes of the lamp plate via the conductive connectors. After the plurality of light-emitting modules have been assembled and joined together, adjacent light-emitting modules are in contact and electrically connected via the conductive strips.

  • Patent number: 9088388
Abstract: The high quality PCS communications are enabled in environments where adjacent PCS service bands operate with out-of-band harmonics that would otherwise interfere with the system's operation. The highly bandwidth-efficient communications method combines a form of time division duplex (TDD), frequency division duplex (FDD), time division multiple access (TDMA), orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM), spatial diversity, and polarization diversity in various unique combinations. The method provides excellent fade resistance. The method enables changing a user's available bandwidth on demand by assigning additional TDMA slots during the user's session.

  • Patent number: 9065516
Abstract: Good transmission characteristics are achieved in the presence of fading with a transmitter that employs a trellis coder followed by a block coder. Correspondingly, the receiver comprises a Viterbi decoder followed by a block decoder. Advantageously, the block coder and decoder employ time-space diversity coding which, illustratively, employs two transmitter antennas and one receiver antenna.

  • Patent number: 8231716
Abstract: A self-alarming air cleaner is disclosed. The air cleaner includes an air filter element (1), a light emitting element (2) and a light sensor (3). The light emitting element (2) and the light sensor (3) are both faced to the air filter element (1). The light emitted from the light emitting element (2) is reflected by the air filter element (1) or permeated to the air filter element (1), then forms an area of light attenuation where the light sensor (3) is located. The light emitting element (2) and the light sensor (3) connect with a circuit which has an alarming device. When much dust is accumulated on the air filter element (1), the intensity of the light reaching the light sensor (3) is weakened and the alarming device (4) can give an alarm automatically.
