  • Publication number: 20240143350
Abstract: A system for generating a user interface described herein can include a processor to detect a type of the system based on hardware components residing within the system or coupled to the system and determine a user interface manager to execute based on the type of the system. The processor can also execute the user interface manager to generate a user interface for the system, wherein the type of the user interface manager comprises a plurality of rules to indicate a layout of the user interface.

  • Patent number: 11953429
Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure include at least one building component detection sensor device configured to be deployed within (or proximate to) a building comprised of a plurality of building components. The at least one building component detection sensor device is configured to detect data relating to at least one building component of the plurality of building components. In addition, a building component property determination system includes a processor configured to execute instructions stored in memory to determine one or more properties of the at least one building component based at least in part on the data detected by the at least one building component detection sensor device.

  • Publication number: 20100053540
Abstract: An optical loupe includes a housing, an eyepiece lens supported in the housing, and an objective lens supported in the housing. The optical loupe further includes a filter lens supported in the housing and adapted to prevent the transmission of electromagnetic radiation of at least a predetermined wavelength. In another embodiment, a user-wearable optical system includes a user-wearable device and an optical loupe having an objective lens, an eyepiece lens, and a filter lens supported in a housing. The filter lens is adapted to prevent the transmission of electromagnetic radiation of at least a predetermined wavelength.

  • Patent number: 7645050
Abstract: A user-wearable illumination assembly comprises a mounting fixture that is adapted to be coupled to a user-wearable device, such as eyeglasses, goggles, face masks, helmets, or other devices. A light guide has a first end that can be coupled to a light source, and a second end coupled to a lens housing that is in turn coupled to the mounting fixture. An optical lens in the lens housing cooperates with the light guide to project light from the light source through the lens. In one embodiment, the lens has a substantially spherical surface facing the second end of the light guide and an aspheric surface facing away from the second end of the light guide. In another embodiment, the mounting fixture comprises articulating portions to permit independent or simultaneous adjustment of the lens housing to direct projected light in a desired direction.

  • Publication number: 20060245052
Abstract: A magnification loupe carried by spectacles has a Galilean lens system comprising a single-element eyepiece lens and a two-element objective lens. The loupes may be mounted to eyeglass frames by a flip-up mounting member, or they may be mounted through the eyeglass lenses of the spectacles. The loupes provide high magnification while minimizing weight to thereby reduce strain and discomfort to users. In an exemplary embodiment, the objective lens has a non-circular shape that provides a wide field of view while further minimizing the weight of the loupe. A correction lens may be interchangeably coupled to the loupe housing to permit selective replacement with another correction lens to vary the working distance of the loupe.
