Abstract: The invention provides a headrest assembly for supporting the head of a child comprising a cradle mounted in a support base. The cradle may be pivotally mounted within the support base with spring loaded joints. The cradle has a first contoured section for receiving the neck of the child, and a second curved section with curved sidewalls extending therefrom and for receiving the head of the child. The assembly may also comprise a shoulder and upper back support assembly which is comprised of a soft compressible material which is contoured and shaped to provide comfort and upper back support to a child.

Abstract: A snack dispenser and coin bank is disclosed. The assembly includes a housing and a shaft member making up a portion of the housing. A first storage area is located in the housing for storing associated snacks and a dispenser is movably mounted in the shaft for selectively dispensing the associated snack. A depositing member is movably mounted in the housing for selectively allowing the deposit of associated coins in the housing, the depositing member being operatively connected to the dispenser. An actuator is mounted on the dispenser, and when the actuator is moved to one position, it actuates the dispenser and the depositing member. A method of saving coins and receiving a snack is also provided.

Abstract: A protective helmet made from a resilient shell. The shell has a plurality of slits. Each slit has a first end located at a lower edge of the shell and has an adjustable width effective for adjusting the size of the shell. The helmet also has an energy absorbing liner disposed inside the shell. The shell is very stiff to effectively distribute an impact force.

Abstract: A Christmas tree stand which comprises a receptacle and a two-piece base is provided. The receptacle is placed over the trunk of a tree and a clamping assembly is used to secure the tree within the receptacle. The receptacle is then inserted into a top portion of the base. The top portion of the base is moveable with respect to a bottom portion of the base. A movement assembly is provided which enables one person to easily move the top portion with respect to the bottom portion. Additionally, the top portion of the base includes a cavity for holding water.

Abstract: A garden watering tool comprising a hose reel and integral nozzle is disclosed. The reel is provided with a short length of hose which is connected to the nozzle and a long length of hose which is contained upon a reel and can easily be pulled out and reeled in. The long length of hose is to be connected to a faucet and the tool carried to the location of use.

Abstract: A confection dispenser for dispensing confectionery pieces in a visually interesting and unique manner. The confection dispenser includes a confection chamber which holds the confectionery pieces and further includes a conveyance mechanism which transports the confectionery pieces from the confection chamber to an opening in the dispenser in a unique and interesting way. The confectionery dispenser may be sized such that it is portable and/or can include a bank wherein a user deposits a coin into the dispenser to activate the dispenser thereby obtaining confectionery pieces and further saving money for further use.
