  • Patent number: 11930791
Abstract: The insect trap for a pool skimmer basket comprises a cylindrical container and a basket cover plate. The insect trap for a pool skimmer basket may be an insert for a skimmer of a swimming pool that provides an exit path for insects caught in a skimmer basket. The basket cover plate may replace an original skimmer basket cover with the cylindrical container removably coupled to a bottom surface of the basket cover plate such that the cylindrical container hangs down into pool water. A plurality of apertures located in the cylindrical container and on the basket cover plate may allow the insects to crawl between an inner surface and an outer surface of the cylindrical container and through the basket cover plate. A plurality of luminescent rings coupled to the basket cover plate may guide the insects at night.

  • Patent number: 7748222
Abstract: An annular wall for the combustion chamber of a turbomachine has a cold side and a hot side, said wall being provided with a plurality of primary holes and a plurality of dilution holes distributed in circumferential rows, together with a plurality of cooling orifices that are distributed in a plurality of circumferential rows that are spaced apart axially from one another, the number of cooling orifices being identical in each row thereof, and the wall further including bores disposed immediately downstream from the primary holes and from the dilution holes and distributed in circumferential rows, the bores in any one row presenting a substantially identical diameter, being spaced apart at a pitch that is constant, and presenting intrinsic characteristics that are different from the intrinsic characteristics of the cooling orifices of the adjacent rows.

  • Patent number: 7591136
Abstract: Injection system of a turbojet engine. It comprises a fixed part and a sliding crossmember. The sliding crossmember comprises a flange capable of sliding on the sliding surface of the fixed part. The fixed part comprises antirotation means and the sliding crossmember of the complementary antirotation means to limit the rotation of the sliding crossmember relative to the fixed part. These means consist of at least one cutout formed in the flange and of at least one lug protruding into said at least one cutout of the flange of the sliding crossmember.

  • Patent number: 4858419
Abstract: An attachment for a swather comprises a panel which is hinged at a front edge on the swather so as to hang downwardly and rearwardly therefrom so that rear edge engages and compresses the swath as it emerges from the swather. The panel is spring biased downwardly to compress the swath into the stubble to reduce the danger of wind damage in fluffy crops such as flax. Side edges of the panel include spring tines extending outwardly from the rear edge so as to compress the swath particularly at side edges of the swath with a center section of the panel bowed upwardly to reduce the compression action in that area.

  • Patent number: 4366853
Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat pump for the circulation of a heat carrier fluid in a closed circuit in order to transfer calories from a hot source towards a cold source. This pump comprises two closed tanks which communicate, one with the hot source, and the other with the cold source, a pipe which connects the upper parts of the two tanks and which is equipped with an automatic valve controlled by two level sensors sensing the high and low level of the liquid in one of the two tanks and a circuit which connects the lower part of the first tank to the second tank through the cold source.
