The system comprises a processor; a non-transitory memory; at least one display; and an application stored in the non-transitory memory that, when executed by the processor, determines the received cuttings weight based on data received from a cuttings storage unit (CSU); determines the expected cuttings weight based on a current borehole depth, on a drill bit geometry, and on a cuttings density value; and presents a representation of the received cuttings weight and a representation of the expected cuttings weight on the at least one display, whereby at least one parameter of drilling of the borehole is adapted based on comparing the representation of the received cuttings to the representation of the expected cuttings weight.

Abstract: A button assembly is provided that includes a plug, a button, and a biasing member. The plug can be received in an inner pole section. The button is slidably received in the plug for movement between a locked position extended from the plug and an unlocked position retracted with respect to the plug. The biasing member biases the button to the locked position. The button has a land region, a cammed region, and a locking edge. The cammed region slopes from the land region in a direction towards the locking edge. The land region is remote from any pinch point formed between the plug and the locking edge.

Abstract: A method for generating codes that correspond to accounts associated with a digital wallet is provided. The method includes obtaining a primary account identifier from a user; receiving a request from the user to generate a secondary account; generating the secondary account; generating a code representing the secondary account; associating the code with the primary account identifier; and transmitting information that indicates the association between the code and the primary account identifier to a payment processor. The method may also include the use of pooled accounts through an aggregation of secondary accounts from different users.

Abstract: Auxiliary boiler systems, and methods of implementing and/or operating auxiliary boiler systems, are disclosed herein. In one example embodiment, an auxiliary boiler system for use in conjunction with a main steam source includes an auxiliary boiler, a deaerator coupled directly to and integrated with the auxiliary boiler, and a condensate storage tank coupled at least indirectly to the deaerator. Also, in another example embodiment, a method of implementing an auxiliary boiler system for use in conjunction with a main steam source includes setting a condensate storage tank in relation to a first support structure at a first position, and setting an auxiliary boiler at a second position. The method further includes directly coupling a deaerator to the auxiliary boiler so that the deaerator is integrated with the auxiliary boiler, and installing at least one interconnection by which the condensate storage tank is at least indirectly coupled to the deaerator.

Abstract: A mounting system for mounting a loudspeaker to a substrate includes a mounting assembly having an elongated screw, a support member received on and movable along the screw, and a mounting arm rotatably connected to the support member and having a resting position and a working position. A guide housing receives the mounting assembly with the screw extending longitudinally therethrough and includes a wall structure with an open front side and a cap at a top portion of the wall structure. In the resting position, the support member is positioned along the screw at least partially received within the cap and the mounting arm is substantially contained within the wall structure. In the working position, the support member is positioned along the screw to be outside of the cap and the mounting arm is spring-biased away from the screw and extends outwardly through the front side of the wall structure.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a pet containment apparatus for a truck bed that connects to the corner bed anchors and contains an overhead connection for the pet(s) to allow for free movement of the pet(s) in the truck bed, while keeping the pet(s) from exiting the truck bed. The apparatus may be static or adjustable and allow for single or multiple pets to travel safely in the truck bed. The pet(s) will be tethered overhead to allow for free movement. In preferred embodiments, the various elements of the apparatus include a sturdy, metallic frame with adjustable connectors to fit various truck beds.

Abstract: The invention provides methods for the preparation of particles including one or more agents, e.g., therapeutic or diagnostic agents. The particles can be formed by creating droplets of a first liquid, e.g., including an agent, and removing the first liquid, e.g., through its dispersal in a second liquid and/or evaporation, to solidify the droplets. Advantageously, the process of forming the particles does not significantly alter the structure or activity of the agents and may enhance the stability of the agents. For example, the particles may be stored for long periods of time without significant loss of activity, and in some embodiments, without the need for refrigeration. Abstract: Provided is a flexible and conformal wearable, self-contained medical device. The medical device comprises an integral housing formed by a flexible upper portion and a flexible lower portion joined along their perimeters. The medical device is also provided in a plurality of shapes and configurations for increasing the flexibility and conformability of the housing. The components contained within the housing, such as a drug reservoir, printed circuit board, and power supply are preferably constructed from flexible materials and are formed, connected and positioned according to the configuration of the housing in a manner for enhancing flexibility of the housing. A thermal bubble micropump is provided for controlling flow of a drug from the flexible reservoir, that utilizes a thermal resistor provided locally to a thermal expansion fluid that causes a surrounding membrane to expand and displace a volume of drug to be provided to the user.
