  • Publication number: 20200327991
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for determining an individual in addiction recovery's risk of relapse in the form of a risk score. The risk score may be a quantitative assessment of the individual's risk of relapse. The risk score may be based on a variety of inputs including GPS-verified activity check ins. The inputs may be used to calculate a set of risk factors. The risk factors may then be weighted and summed to generate the risk score. The systems and methods may further generate an adjusted risk score that sets sensitivities for the risk factors. The systems and methods may rank individuals based on their risk scores or adjusted risk scores. The risks scores and adjusted risk scores may be provided to a case manager responsible for individuals' care. Systems and methods for providing rewards to individuals based on compliance are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 9987764
Abstract: Tube insertion devices are configured to allow a user to manually insert a hollow tube into a receiving bore, e.g., a pen tube into the bore of a blank. In some implementations, the devices include (a) a pair of elongated arms, each arm comprising a gripping portion and an insertion portions, each of the insertion portions terminating in a distal tip, and (b) a connecting portion joining the arms such that the arms pivot about the connecting portion in a plane defined by the arms when the gripping portions are pressed together by a user. Each of the insertion portions preferably includes a relatively wider proximal portion and a relatively narrower distal tube-carrying portion, the change in width between the proximal portion and the distal portion defining a stop surface.

  • Publication number: 20170370482
Abstract: A sub-plate mounted valve for installation in a sub-plate or manifold for controlling hydraulic systems, such as subsea blowout preventers. A spool (123) disposed within the valve is movable between an open position in which fluid flow is permitted from a supply port (108) of the manifold to a function port (106) of the manifold, and a closed position in which fluid flow is permitted between a return port (110) of the manifold and the function port (106). The spool (123) is moved between the open and the closed position by supplying pressurized fluid to a piston (126) disposed on the outside surface of the spool. One or more springs (130) may also act on the piston to bias the spool into the open or the closed position. To facilitate proper alignment of the valve within the manifold, the valve may be rotated within the manifold to align indicators (450, 452) corresponding to particular features of the manifold and the valve.

  • Patent number: 9496327
Abstract: A process of forming an integrated circuit forms a high precision capacitor bottom plate with a metallic surface and performs a plasma treatment of the metallic surface. A high precision capacitor dielectric is formed by depositing a first layer of the capacitor dielectric on the high precision capacitor bottom plate wherein the first layer is silicon nitride, depositing a second layer of the capacitor dielectric on the first layer wherein the second portion is silicon dioxide, and depositing a third layer of the capacitor dielectric on the second portion wherein the third layer is silicon nitride. Plasma treatments may also be performed on the layers of capacitor dielectric pre- and/or post-deposition. A metallic high precision capacitor top plate is formed on the high precision capacitor dielectric.
