  • Patent number: 10628436
Abstract: The technology described herein improves presentation of data housed in large data stores (e.g., an enterprise data warehouse) by providing digital reporting tools (e.g., specific computer systems and software) to easily present analysis data to users. Further, the technology described herein allows for data analysis dashboards to provide dynamic manipulation of the underlying data without requiring significant computing resources and a connection to the data stores. Additionally, the technology described herein generates a portable dataset that contains only the relevant data to the request provided by a user, thus alleviating the concern for inadvertently exposing sensitive data.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 2, 2017
Date of Patent: April 21, 2020
    Assignee: CVS Pharmacy, Inc.
Inventors: Karin Berger, James Chalker, Wayne Paul Comer, II, Robert Darin, Sheri Faust, Kim Fordiani, Stacey Goodall, Mir Mujtaba Ali

  • Patent number: 8224745
Abstract: A method of processing delinquency items associated with taxes on properties may include receiving preferences from two or more lenders. Delinquency items may be automatically processed according to the preferences of each lender for their respective loans. The preferences may include business rules for whether to process a delinquency item. A lender preference may include specific criteria for a determination process (e.g., criteria for when to act on delinquencies with respect to particular states).
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 31, 2009
Date of Patent: July 17, 2012
    Assignee: CoreLogic Tax Services, LLC
Inventors: John M. Gilberti, Rick Holcomb, Nancy Walker, Shane Jones, Bobbie Johannes, Ben Agenbag, Paul Comer

  • Patent number: 6925850
Abstract: A present invention is for a device and method for measuring and calibrating the rotary motion of a rotatable machine member, such as a pivotable swivel member (2b) of a spindle (2) of a five-axis machine tool (1). The device includes an arm (110) mounted to the spindle, a housing (120) mounted to the arm, an optical encoder mounted internal to the arm and positioned therein to measure rotation about an axis extending lengthwise along the housing, which such axis is parallel to the axis about which the swivel member rotates. The device also includes a rotary table (170) mounted to the housing opposite the arm, the rotary table comprising a stator (171) fixedly mounted to the housing and a rotor (172) clampedly affixed to a shaft passing through the housing. The shaft is coupled to an input shaft of the encoder such that rotary movement of the rotor can be measured by the encoder. An electronic level (190) fixedly secured to the rotor, such as by a bracket (180).
