The laminated flexible packaging material includes a layer of flexible packaging material (26) bound to at least one other layer of flexible packaging material (22) by a radiation-cured laminating adhesive composition (24) formulated from a radiation-curable laminating adhesive containing at least 50% of one or more radiation-curable, carboxylic acid functional monomers and 0.1 to 20% of an organic titanate compound. Also provided is a radiation-curable laminating adhesive containing at least 50% of one or more radiation-curable, carboxylic acid functional monomers and 0.1 to 20% of an organic titanate compound.
