    Abstract: A decorative multi-loop device is provided which is formed from at least one blank of foldable sheet material. The blank includes a central section and a plurality of loop-forming segments extending laterally outwardly from the central section. A loop-retaining unit cooperates with the central section and distal end portions of the segments to retain each segment in a loop configuration.
