    Abstract: A cryogenic device with a cartridge holder for a cryogen cartridge, cryogen cartridge is coupleable to a cryogen pathway; a probe receptacle for receiving a needle probe, wherein the probe receptacle is configured to couple the needle probe to the cryogen cartridge via the cryogen pathway, and wherein the needle probe comprises: one or more needles having needle lumens disposed therein; a probe extension extending proximally, the probe extension having a probe lumen disposed therein, the probe lumen including an elongate element that extends from a proximal end to a distal end, wherein the probe lumen is coupled to the needle lumens at the distal end, and the cryogen pathway at a first location in between the proximal end and the distal end. The method includes manipulating each of the levers in a first direction, coupling wheelchair-type wheels to the wheelchair-type wheel coupling members, manipulating the levers in a second direction, and manipulating the coupled wheelchair-type wheel to cause the mobile patient chair to move.

    Abstract: An improved movable support bar which is mounted by an upstanding support tube to aid disabled or invalid persons. The movable support bar includes a pivotal support arm mounted into the support tube which is securely retained in the support tube and can be adjusted in height relative to the support tube. The pivotal support arm can be rotated freely between positions by lifting the pivotal support arm or can include a trigger release.The pivotal support arm is retained in the support tube by a bushing mounted in the support tube and retaining pins extending through the pivotal support arm above and below the bushing. The upper pin is secured in slots in the bushing surface to fix the positions of the pivotal support arm. The support tube can be mounted onto a floor surface by a base support member or onto a bed frame by a flange.

The mat including grasping openings in each end with slots adjacent thereto for securing a strap therethrough to secure the patient to the mat.
