  • Publication number: 20240143885
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide for eliminating or reducing uniquification of blocks in a chip-level graph of a computer chip, to reduce the size of the graph while still encoding block-specific information. For each group of blocks in the graph generated from a multiply-instantiated block (MIB), a block in the group is selected as a base block. The physical position of the base block is encoded in a reduced graph, and the physical positions of the remaining blocks are encoded as a linear transformation of the physical position of the base block across the face of the chip. Each group of blocks instantiated from the same MIB is represented as a single instance. The reduced graph can be fed into a device configured to perform a circuit component placement process, to identify the placement of circuit components for blocks in the chip in accordance with one or more objectives.

  • Patent number: 11947269
Abstract: A method including: obtaining a detected representation of radiation redirected by each of a plurality of structures from a substrate additionally having a device pattern thereon, wherein each structure has an intentional different physical configuration of the respective structure than the respective nominal physical configuration of the respective structure, wherein each structure has geometric symmetry at the respective nominal physical configuration, wherein the intentional different physical configuration of the structure causes an asymmetric optical characteristic distribution and wherein a patterning process parameter measures change in the physical configuration; and determining a value, based on the detected representations and based on the intentional different physical configurations, to setup, monitor or correct a measurement recipe for determining the patterning process parameter.

  • Patent number: 9088489
Abstract: A computer establishes a wireless wide area network (WWAN) account simply by entering his telephone number in a user interface (UI) which is sent to an Internet server and correlated with the user's telephone account.
