    Abstract: The present disclosure provides lighting systems suitable for generating white light. The lighting systems can have a first lighting channel configured to produce a first white light having a first color point and a first spectral power distribution, a second lighting channel configured to produce a second white light having a second color point and a second spectral power distribution, and a control system configured to independently change the intensity of each of the first lighting channel and the second lighting channel. The first lighting channels can have LEDs having an emission with a first peak wavelength of between about 440 nm and about 510 nm. The second lighting channels can have LEDs having an emission with a second peak wavelength of between about 380 nm and about 420 nm. The disclosure provides methods of generating white light using the lighting systems described.
