    Abstract: A container for attachment to a ladder has a bottom wall, four upwardly depending side walls, and a pair of elastic cords having hooks on both ends wrapped around the outside of the container and around a ladder where the hooks are hooked together. The elastic cords are supported on a side wall of the container by a pair of belt loops formed in the side wall which snugly hold the elastic cords in place. The container is quickly and easily attached and detached from the side rail of a ladder.In another embodiment of the invention, the container includes a handle, two pairs of L-shaped flanges formed on the outside walls of the container for holding work tools such as roller brushes and sanding poles, and a removable divider positioned inside the container to separate the container into two distinct portions.
