Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of methods and systems are provided for customized wellness plans to users based on activity detected by an activity tracking devices. In some embodiments, a method of providing a wellness plan is provided, comprising offering one or more wellness plans to a user, allowing the user to enter input parameters personal to the user, synching an activity tracking device with information associated with the user for use with a chosen wellness plan, configuring a customized wellness plan for the user based on an algorithm and the input parameters, and providing the customized wellness plan to the user.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of a method and system of an exercise apparatus are provided where an exercise apparatus can be configured to work with multiple accessories, such as wrist bands, waist bands, clips, etc. The exercise apparatus can comprise an instrument sensor for recording exercise data pertaining to a user's physical activity, and one or more electrical connectors for connecting to an accessory, the one or more electrical connectors providing the exercise data to the accessory. The electrical connectors can also provide power to the accessory for a display on the accessory and/or other functions on the accessory.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of a method and system of an exercise apparatus are provided where an exercise apparatus provides exercise data pertaining to a user's physical activity to an electronic device wirelessly in real time. The exercise apparatus can have an accelerometer for recording exercise data pertaining to a user's physical activity, and a wireless transceiver for streaming the exercise data to an electronic device in real time. The electronic device can be a mobile phone, smartphone, laptop, tablet, or other similar electronic device. The electronic device can have a software application that can display the exercise data to a user.

Abstract: A transparent container is formed essentially with the shape of a rectangular parallelelepiped by a base and a cover which are hingedly attached together and enclose a cavity within which is disposed preformed shapes for receiving and positioning one or more articles to be displayed and stored. In the preferred embodiment the articles to be displayed and stored comprise a pair of shoes. The shoes are stored in the base in an interlocked heel to sole manner in the preformed inner shapes. This affords efficiency in display packing and shipment. The storage device is adaptable to all size and styles of men's, women's and children's shoes as well as to other articles.
