  • Patent number: 11975561
Abstract: A thermal transfer and process for producing it that provides a fully-digital printed heat transfer capable of little to no process changeover between different graphics. Specifically, the method comprises printing a digital image onto a treated adhesive substrate, applying the image side to a carrier substrate, then digitally cutting and removing substrate not containing graphic elements through a combination of kiss-and-through cutting to produce a high stretch, multi-color photographic quality print transfers for the apparel and soft goods industry.

  • Patent number: 11972095
Abstract: Various embodiments discussed herein enable client applications to be heavily integrated with a voice assistant in order to perform commands associated with voice utterances of users via voice assistant functionality and also seamlessly cause client applications to automatically perform native functions as part of executing the voice utterance. Such heavy integration also allows particular embodiments to support multi-modal input from a user for a single conversational interaction. In this way, client application user interface interactions, such as clicks, touch gestures, or text inputs are executed alternative or in addition to the voice utterances.

  • Publication number: 20240081808
Abstract: Methods and devices for tissue fixation. A cortical button with a rib between two slotted openings. The rib increases the cortical button structural rigidity without increasing palpability. An adjustable loop construct with two discrete locking passages that provides manageable loop reduction and improved tissue coupling. The adjustable loop construct may be coupled to tissue via a passing construct. An assembly with a reduction bar, a button and an adjustable loop construct, the assembly provided assembled in a first configuration that disassembles to guide steps of tissue fixation. • Publication number: 20230210551
Abstract: A system for harvesting a tendon graft is disclosed, including a retractor, a guide and a harvesting tool. The retractor is collapsible and upon release, becomes self-supporting to hold open an anatomic space developed in a patient above the tendon. A guide assembles with the retractor to orient a guide shaft along the retractor and thereby the anatomic space. The harvesting tool includes a working end with a blade edge for cutting into the tendon. The harvesting tool defines a contoured surface for engaging and translating along the guide shaft while assembled to the retractor. The guide shaft and contoured surface limit the trajectory and translation extent of the harvesting tool along and into the tendon.

  • Publication number: 20230146328
Abstract: Provided is a semi-active seat suspension system that minimizes vibration and energy transmission from a vibration/energy source, such as a motor vehicle, to a seated occupant by means of a spring and computer-controlled damper suspension system. Using a variety of sensors to determine an ideal damping rate at a given point in time, the system adjusts the damping rate in real time to provide the best possible ride to the occupant given the constraints of the system.

  • Publication number: 20220409192
Abstract: A harvesting assembly for harvesting a tissue graft from surrounding tissue is disclosed including a guide. The guide includes a means for fixedly engaging with an anterior surface of the tendon. The guide also includes a means of guiding a cutting blade along a preferred trajectory into and along a length of the tendon. The guide also includes a means of guiding a truncating blade along a preferred trajectory across a width of tendon. The cutting blade may include two parallel blades for forming lateral sides of the tendon graft simultaneously. Each of the two parallel blades may define a leading edge that extends along at least a 90 degree arc that is equidistant from a stop on the cutting blade. The stop in combination with the guide may limit a cut depth into the tendon for a range of cutting blade handle elevation angles.

  • Publication number: 20220233302
Abstract: Methods and devices for tissue graft fixation include fixation devices attached to an adjustable fixation loop of suture without compromising the graft or requiring additional material to complete the repair. Other fixation devices are attachable to an independent adjustable suture system. Adjustable fixation loops minimize slip/creep of the suture within the loop.

  • Publication number: 20220167954
Abstract: A system for improving graft harvesting including a blade guide (320) having a handle (370) and a guide portion with an elongate slot (330). The system may also include a first blade assembly (750) that slides along the elongate slot (330), the blade assembly (750) having a cutting blade (765) rotatably coupled to a handle (780). The cutting blade (765) may include a leading cutting edge and a trailing cutting edge. The blade assembly (350, 750) and blade guide (320) may cooperate to control a depth of blade penetration into a tissue, as the blade slides along the elongate slot (330). The blade guide (320) may include means to stabilize the guide with the tissue.

  • Publication number: 20220062042
Abstract: A system for introducing eye drops into the eyes of a user is disclosed. The system includes non-prescription sun glass frames. The glasses have a small circular opening the middle of each lens positioned above a user's open eye. In one embodiment, the opening an inner surface surrounding the opening includes inner threads. The liquid releasing end of a squeeze bottle of eyedrops may be placed securely in the application opening and drop applied with no spill or waste. An additional benefit of the sun glass design is to enable users who have recently had their eyes dilated to safely apply eye drops. The system is designed to reduce physiological issues associated with applying eyedrops.

  • Patent number: 11195150
Abstract: Methods, systems and apparatuses, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, are provided for managing contributions to projects via a three-way exchange platform. A project manager uploads project details, which are stored and published on the platform. An expert who wants to contribute services to the project uploads details of the service(s), which are stored and published on the platform. The expert also indicates support for the project. A patron who needs the services of the expert hires the expert through the platform. After the expert has completed the requested services, the patron funds the project supported by the expert in addition to or instead of the expert.

  • Publication number: 20210346148
Abstract: An adjustable fixation system for coupling a tissue or graft to bone is disclosed including a suture construct including a first limb, a second limb and a body therebetween. The body is continuously braided with the first and second limbs and has a longitudinal passage therethrough. The first and second limbs define a braided portion including a braided core. The suture construct is configured to form at least one adjustable loop formed by passing the first limb between braids of the suture construct, along the longitudinal passage and back out between braids of the adjustable suture construct. Tension on at least one of the first or second limbs reduces a diameter of the longitudinal passage around a length of the first limb and thereby the braided core disposed along the body longitudinal passage and knotlessly locks the adjustable loop.
