Abstract: A system and method for performance-based generation of content for a component referenced for display within a webpage have been provided. The system includes a server having a processor and a memory that includes instructions executable by the processor to receive a request from a client application executing on a client device for content for the component and to transmit a response to the client device. The response is based on performance measurements of prior requests for the content and is used by the client application to render the component on a display connected to the client device.
