  • Patent number: 11418480
Abstract: An enterprise network may be managed by enabling provision of a graphical user interface that shows IP address allocations for the network and that allows a user to configure DHCP scopes, receiving a DHCP scope request based on a user interaction with the graphical user interface, translating the request into a protocol for communicating with a DHCP control server, providing the translated request to the DHCP control server for processing at the DHCP control server, and updating configurations of multiple DHCP servers. The updated configurations may be sent from the DHCP control server to a configuration storage system and the multiple DHCP servers may be enabled to access the updated configurations from the configuration storage system.

  • Publication number: 20150305370
Abstract: The present invention provides for methods of managing the protein content of multiple distiller's grain co-products of a fermentation process. A valuable protein rich distiller's grain co-product having greater than 40 wt % protein on a dry basis can be removed from whole stillage or spent grains; however the protein content in the residual wet cake is reduced. The present invention provides for methods to mitigate protein depletion in wet cake by removing non-protein components from the wet cake stream, from the low protein thin stillage stream added to wet cake, or both streams. The present invention provides for blending protein depleted and protein enriched streams to meet the protein specifications of multiple distiller's grain co-products.

  • Publication number: 20150238881
Abstract: A method of hydrothermally treating stillage by heating stillage to 200 degrees F.-350 degrees F., altering the physicochemical properties of the stillage by making solids in the stillage less hydrophilic, enabling facile separation of the stillage into a high protein solids fraction, a stickwater fraction, and an oil fraction due to the altering step, and, creating unique product fractions including the high protein solids fraction, the stickwater fraction, and the oil fraction. Oil, stickwater, high protein solids fraction, high protein meal, metabolites, biomass, and media obtained from the methods above.

  • Patent number: 9050710
Abstract: Vises utilizing a threaded screw and nut to translate rotary motion of the screw into linear relative movement of vise components. The nut may be a half-nut urged into contact with the screw by a cam that may be operated by a lever located near the handle for turning the screw. A tail vise embodiment may be mounted to the underside of a workbench without signification bench modification and positions the screw near the front edge of the bench top. A front vise embodiment may include a screw cover to protect workpieces from contact with the screw.

  • Patent number: 8862735
Abstract: An enterprise network may be managed. A graphical user interface (GUI) that shows IP address allocations for the network and that allows a user to configure DHCP scopes and DNS zones may be provided. A new host reservation request may be received from a user. The request may be translated into a first protocol and provided to a DHCP control server for processing. Based on the processing, configurations of multiple DHCP servers may be updated, to include the new host reservation, and provided to a configuration storage system for (at least temporary) storage and access by the multiple DHCP servers. The request may be translated into a second protocol and provided to a DNS management server for processing. Based on the processing, a configuration for a DNS server may be updated, to include the new host reservation, and stored in a DNS database.
