Patent number: 10576646Abstract: A rotary electric shaver generally includes a handle assembly having a longitudinal axis, and a head assembly attached to the handle assembly. The head assembly includes a plurality of outer cutters and a plurality of inner cutters. Each of the inner cutters is paired with one of the outer cutters for cooperating to cut hair. The head assembly also includes a tray on which hair cut by a first one of the pairs of cooperating cutters is permitted to commingle with hair cut by a second one of the pairs of cooperating cutters. The head assembly further includes a fastener that extends longitudinally for attachment of the head assembly to the handle assembly such that the tray pivots relative to the handle assembly. The head assembly further includes a biasing element that circumscribes the fastener to bias the tray from a pivoted position into a non-pivoted position.Type: GrantFiled: April 13, 2015Date of Patent: March 3, 2020Assignee: Spectrum Brands, Inc.Inventors: Paul Schmitt, William Nitz, Michael Joseph Nickel, Cory R. Publication number: 20130285348Abstract: The present invention relates to an adjustable towing system and method for a towing vehicle and a towed vehicle. A towing anchor is located on the towing vehicle. A towed anchor is located on the towed vehicle and connected to the towing anchor, whereby the towing vehicle tows the towed vehicle. A gap is defined between the towing vehicle and the towed vehicle. The gap is provided with a length. At least one locking device selectively locks and unlocks the position of the towing anchor or the towed anchor, whereby as the towing vehicle and towed vehicle travel, relative speed differentials between the towing vehicle and towed vehicle produce repositioning of at least one of the towing anchor or the towed anchor in order to adjust the length of the gap.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 17, 2011Publication date: October 31, 2013Applicant: VOLVO TECHNOLOGY OF AMERICA, INC.Inventors: Paul Schmitt, Michael B.
