Abstract: A touchless gaming system includes one or more gaming stations, a registration device at each gaming station, and a game processor, as well as a personal electronic device used by each participant in a game offered by the touchless gaming system. The touchless gaming system enables an individual to participate in a live game (e.g., within a casino, etc.) while socially distancing the participants and eliminating the need for physical contact with objects that could infections agents. Touchless gaming methods are also disclosed.

One or more players, or active participants, in the game may participate in and may wager on the outcome of the physically competitive skill-based game, while one or more other individuals, or passive participants, who do not actively participate in the physically competitive skill-based game may also wager on an outcome of the game (i.e., the same game).

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to gaming systems and, more specifically, to gaming systems for use in casinos. Even more specifically, this disclosure relates to systems that enable one or more players, who wager on the outcome of a game, to actively participate in the game and one or more other individuals, who do not actively participate in the game, to wager on the outcome of the game. A gaming station and a wagering station may be incorporated into the same gaming console, with the wagering station positioned behind a portion of the gaming station that is to be occupied by an active participant in a game. Each gaming console may include a public display monitor that may provide passive participants in the game and passersby with a wide view of the game. Gaming consoles may be grouped together such that their public display monitors may collectively provide different portions of such a wide view of the game.
