  • Patent number: 11590645
Abstract: A wrench rack includes a base portion having a first side and a second side, and a first rail and a second rail. Each of the first rail and second rail includes a plurality of wrench slots formed at a predetermined angle. The first rail and second rail are releasably coupled with the first side and second side of the base portion, respectively, in a first configuration and the first rail and second rail are releasably coupled to the second side and first side of the base portion, respectively, in a second configuration, such that an orientation of the predetermined angle of the wrench slots of the first configuration is reversed in the second configuration.

  • Patent number: 9975225
Abstract: A locking mechanism for use with a tool has a tool having a first working end, an opposite second end, a central axis therebetween, and a least one axial recess formed on an outer surface of the tool. A cap is rotatably received on the tool opposite second end, the cap comprising at least one recess formed on an outer surface thereon. The cap is rotatable between a first position in which the cap at least one recess aligns with the tool at least one recess, and a second position in which the cap at least one recess is out of alignment with the tool at least one recess. The locking mechanism further comprises a detent operatively positioned between the tool and the cap. The detent may be a pin and a spring, where the spring biases the cap into the second position.

  • Publication number: 20070031202
Abstract: A ratchet wrench assembly for use with a tap and a die, comprising a wrench having a first handle and a head at one end of the first handle that defines an opening therethrough. A ratchet ring is disposed in the head opening such that the ratchet ring rotates with respect to the head portion in a first direction and rotates with the head portion in a second direction. The ratchet ring defines a substantially cylindrical inner engaging surface having a rib projecting radially inwardly therefrom. An adapter includes a lower portion for receiving one of the tap and the die and a barrel portion defining a depression in an outer surface. The ratcheting ring slidably receives the barrel portion therein and is rotationally fixed to the ratchet ring by the rib and the depression.
