Abstract: A so-called ‘non-drip’ cap (10) for a soft bottle (12) includes a base (16) and a top (26) defining a chamber (32) for the throughflow of a product, in which a stop valve (34) of an outlet (30) is mobile, the valve being elastically retracted back into the throughflow chamber (32) by an elastic element (36). The elastic element (36) includes of a series of at least three flexible lugs (38) which are regularly angularly distributed and project from a cylindrical body (40) of the valve (34), the lugs being supported against a wall of the base (16).

Abstract: A packaging and dispensing device (1) includes a reservoir (2), an ejecting assembly (5) supported on one wall (4) of the reservoir and provided with an actuating member (7, 9, 19) exiting from the reservoir, said actuating member being adapted to be moved along a so-called vertical direction, linking elements (32, 31, 30) including one first end (23) linked to the actuating member and a second end (30) linked to an outlet member (24, 29) and which are deformable between the first and second ends to be able to drive a certain amount of product up to the outlet member. From at least one of the ends, the linking elements include at least one end portion (23, 30) oriented so as to be spaced apart from a zone (B) in the form of a vertical planar strip containing a geometrical line directly connecting the actuating member and the outlet member.

Abstract: Pump device for dispensing a liquid or pasty product packaged in a container (1), said device comprising a pump (3) equipped with a hollow piston stem (5), a rigid actuating lever (50) mounted so as to pivot with respect to said container to actuate said pump, a dispensing nozzle (26) fastened to said actuating lever so as to pivot with the latter, an endpiece (24) coupled to said outer end of the hollow stem, and a connecting duct (25) linking said endpiece to said dispensing nozzle, characterized in that said actuating lever (50) is able to cooperate by sliding contact with said endpiece to cause said hollow stem to slide in said actuating direction when said actuating lever pivots, said connecting duct (25) being able to deform elastically when the hollow stem thus slides.

Abstract: Packaging device for a fluid product, comprising a magnetic system for automatic relative positioning upon closure, comprising a first magnetic means (16) carried by the cap (3) and a second magnetic means (11) carried by the container (1), the first and second magnetic means facing one another when the container is in the closed position, the location of the poles of each magnetic means being determined with respect to the location of the external ornamental features, so as to automatically obtain the predetermined relative positioning of said external ornamental features upon closure of the container.
