  • Publication number: 20240049488
Abstract: A semiconductor module has a layer structure and at least one capacitive sensor. The layer structure is formed with an upper electrode layer, a lower electrode layer, and an active layer arranged between the electrode layers. The active layer is made of a semiconductor material. The capacitive sensor has a measuring electrode which is integrated into the layer structure. There is also described a device which has such a semiconductor module and a method for producing such a semiconductor module.

  • Publication number: 20220231631
Abstract: A façade element has a plurality of photovoltaic (PV) modules, in particular organic PV modules, and a plurality of connectors. The PV modules are arranged flat so that each PV module is adjacent to one or more other PV modules. Each of the PV modules have two bus bars for the connection of one or more of the connectors, which bus bars are connected to one or more cells of the PV module. The bus bars of two adjacent PV modules are electrically connected to one another in parallel by a connector, so that the bus bars together with the connectors form an electrical grid.

  • Patent number: 7781254
Abstract: The present invention provides a process for forming a substrate for an organic semiconductor component. The process includes the steps of providing a fullerene network (10), providing a semiconductor solution (12), and applying the semiconductor solution (12) to the fullerene network (10), the viscosity of the semiconductor solution (12) being so adjusted that the semiconductor solution (12) infiltrates the pores of the fullerene network (10) and fills it so that the filled network forms a substrate (2). Further provided is a substrate comprising a fullerene network, composed of pure, unsubstituted fullerenes (10), and a semiconductor solution (12). Additionally provided is an organic semiconductor component, particularly an organic solar cell or an organic photodetector, that contains the inventive substrate.

  • Patent number: 7413997
Abstract: In some embodiments, the inventive concept provides for a process for depositing a substance on a nanostructured surface, particularly for organic components, to yield a substantially consistent and homogeneous coating on the nanostructured surface. The substance to be applied is dissolved in a solvent. The coating for the nanostructured surface is then produced by depositing the first dissolved substance on the nanostructured surface.
