Abstract: Apparatuses and methods to mix and reconstitute materials into a suspension may include a base containing a motor and a head unit for holding one or more sample containers to be mixed. The motor may include a shaft connected to the head unit for effecting displacement of the sample containers in multiple directions for mixing the materials to be reconstituted. The sample containers may contain a solid to be mixed, such as in powder form, and a diluent liquid to be mixed. The sample containers may have releasably attached and received therein, and the head unit can restrain radial motion of the sample containers such that the sample containers are maintained in an upright orientation. The frequency of the motor and the magnitude of the displacement effected by the motor may be adjusted. At least two of the multiple directions of the displacement can be substantially perpendicular.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides for medical beds and methods related thereto. In certain embodiments, the present disclosure relates to non-electric medical beds capable of assisting caregivers in supportively repositioning non-ambulatory individuals for receiving medical and/or non-medical treatment. In some embodiments, methods for reducing the risk of injury and discomfort for patients utilizing the disclosed medical beds are provided.

Abstract: A tree mounted tarp device couples a tarp to a tree under branches of the tree. The device includes a plurality of panels pivotally coupled together such that the panels are formable into a closed loop wrapping around a trunk of a tree. Each of a plurality of hooks is coupled to and extends from a top end of an associated one of the panels. Each of the hooks is directed towards a center of the closed loop for engaging the trunk of the tree facilitating suspension of the panels at a fixed height on the trunk of the tree. A tarp is coupled to the panels by a frame coupled to the panels. The frame supports the tarp in a deployed position wherein the tarp extends outwardly relative to the panels such that the tarp extends around the trunk of the tree under branches of the tree.

Abstract: A tree mounted shelter assembly secures a shelter to a tree to prevent damage to an object under the tree due to material falling from the tree. The assembly includes a tarp having an interior edge and an exterior edge. The interior edge defines an aperture through the tarp configured for encircling a trunk of a tree. Each of a plurality of lines has a first end coupled to the tarp and a second end configured for coupling to the tree wherein the tarp is suspended under limbs of the tree.
