  • Patent number: 11943391
Abstract: Communications within a call center are routed to agents based on available capacity of the agents. Weighting values are associated with communications and each agent has a maximum capacity. Calls are routed to agents based on a current occupancy of each agent. The current occupancy is determined based on weighting values associated with communications currently being handled by the agents. Agents generally are not assigned a communication that would result in an occupancy that is greater than the agent's maximum capacity.

  • Patent number: 10041313
Abstract: A method for extending reach of a coiled tubing string in a deviated wellbore includes vibrating the tubing string while the tubing string is injected into the wellbore at a first injection speed, finding the peak speed of lateral vibration of the tubing string, determining a second injection speed as a function of the obtained peak speed of lateral vibration, and adjusting the injection speed of the vibrating tubing string from the first injection speed to the determined second injection speed based on said function. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium to execute the foregoing method is provided, along with a system for extending reach of a coiled tubing string in a deviated wellbore.

  • Patent number: 10030456
Abstract: A method for extending reach of a coiled tubing string in a deviated wellbore includes determining a frequency of vibration of the tubing string based on a function of the bending resonance of the tubing string and vibrating the tubing string at the determined frequency while the tubing string is inside the wellbore. Embodiments may also include a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium to execute the foregoing method and a system for extending reach of a coiled tubing string in a deviated wellbore.

  • Patent number: 9687447
Abstract: The present invention relates to method for preparing liposome-based constructs comprising a peptide, particularly an antigenic peptide, of interest modified through hydrophobic moieties reconstituted in liposomes and to the antigenic constructs obtained with said method. The invention further relates to the use of said constructs for the therapeutic and diagnostic use in the treatment of diseases and disorders, which are caused by or associated with proteopathy such as Alzheimer's Disease.

  • Patent number: 5603679
Abstract: A gripping device and method for enhancing hand gripability of an elongated cylindrical exercise bar by a user during exercise. The device consists of a single resilient, flexible pad formed of a flat sheet of thin elastomeric material such as rubber, latex and the like. The pad is sized in length and width to cover substantially most of the user's palm and fingers up to the first joint. Being uncoated, the surfaces of the pad of elastomeric or latex, resist slippage. No adhesives or other attaching means are required to maintain the position and resilient shape of the device around the exercise bar; hand gripping pressure against the outer surface of the pad which is positioned between the exercise bar and the hand is sufficient for pad position retention.
