  • Publication number: 20180328038
Abstract: A prefabricated roof plate element (6) of the type comprising load-carrying girders in the form of longitudinal upper and lower steel frame parts placed at opposed sides of the roof plate element and corrugated at opposing upper and lower sides in longitudinal direction, where vertical side walls of said steel frame parts are interconnected by longitudinal connection plates (36) that form parts of said load carrying girders; and that said lower steel frame parts (4) furthermore are interconnected by an integral steel panel part (8) that forms the bottom of said roof plate element (6) and a ceiling of a building, respectively. The prefabricated roof plate element (6) is interconnected to other prefabricated roof plate elements (6) in a side-by-side manner to form a wider pre-fabricated roof plate element, the cavities of which are filled with insulation material, and are provided with a common top plate construction (70, 72) and a common roof foil covering (74).

  • Patent number: 10030390
Abstract: This inventions is a prefabricated roof plate element (6) comprising load carrying girders including longitudinal upper and lower steel frame parts placed at opposed sides of the roof plate element. The girders are corrugated at opposing upper and lower sides in the longitudinal direction at which vertical side walls of the steel frame parts are interconnected connection plates which are part of the load carrying girders. The lower steel frame parts (4) preferably are interconnected by an integral steel panel part (8) forming the bottom of the roof plate element and a ceiling of a building. The prefabricated roof plate element has uniform roof plate elements (20, 54) which are interconnected side by side, to form a wider prefabricated roof plate element. Cavities thereof are filled with insulation material and afterwards provided with a common top plate construction (70, 72) and a common roof foil covering (74).

  • Patent number: 8474220
Abstract: A prefabricated roof plate element (4), including one or more longitudinal box-shaped girders (24), each having two predominantly U-shaped metal sections (10, 18) which at mutually facing, open sides are interconnected along narrow outwards bent lateral edges (5). The girders (24) are connected at upper and lower sides (19) corrugated in longitudinal direction which office corrugated metal plates (7) which are corrugated in a transverse direction and have approximately the same width as the roof plate element (4). The girders (24) are disposed along opposed sides and at a center of the roof plate element (4). One of the sections (10, 18) is shorter than another one of the sections to forming eaves (6).

  • Publication number: 20100115880
Abstract: A prefabricated roof plate element (4), including one or more longitudinal box-shaped girders (24), each consisting of two predominantly U-shaped metal sections (10, 18) which at mutually facing, open sides are interconnected along narrow outwards bent lateral edges (5), the girders (24) being connected at upper and lower narrow sides corrugated in longitudinal direction with corrugated metal plates (7) corrugated in transverse direction and having approximately the same width as the roof plate element (4), the girders (24) being disposed along opposing sides and at the centre of the roof plate element (4), where the girders (4) and the roof plate element (4), respectively, are designed with reduced height/thickness at an end part intended for forming eaves (6). By means of simple technical measures is hereby achieved substantial projecting advantages which furthermore have appeared to enable an architecturally very simple and light construction of the visible part of the roof plate on buildings.
