    Abstract: An electron gun may include a cathode with an emitting surface configured to emit electrons. The cathode may include a through hole that goes through the emitting surface and is configured to allow back-streaming electrons of the emitted electrons to pass through. The electron gun may also include an anode configured to attract the emitted electrons from the cathode to the anode and focus the emitted electrons into an electron beam. The electron gun may also include a grid structure configured to facilitate the focusing of the emitted electrons, the grid structure being positioned corresponding to the through hole.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a remote user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station via a relay UE. For example, the relay UE may operate as a layer 2 (L2) UE-to-network relay supporting a PC5-to-Uu bearer mapping, such that the relay UE forwards messages between the PC5 bearer for the remote UE and the Uu bearer for the base station. If the remote UE determines a trigger event, the remote UE may transmit a measurement report to the base station (e.g., via the relay UE) indicating candidate relays. Based on the measurement report, the base station may determine to handover the UE from using a first relay UE to using a second relay UE. The base station may transmit a handover command to the UE, triggering the remote UE to communicate with the base station via the second relay UE.

The UE may select a sidelink relay candidate from among the one or more sidelink relay candidates based at least in part on a combination of the measurement of the sidelink signal and the measurement of the Uu signal for each sidelink relay candidate.     Abstract: A dissolvable magnesium alloy can be used for components of a downhole tool. The dissolvable magnesium alloy can be dissolved completely and controlled at a dissolving rate so as to be compatible with downhole operations, including hydraulic fracturing operations. The alloy includes nickel at 0.04-0.4% by weight and the balance of magnesium. The alloy is dissolvable in KCl at 2.1% by weight and 95 QC with a dissolving rate in a range of 10-100 mg/cm2/hr, yield strength in a range of 18-37 ksi, ultimate tensile strength in a range of 29-47 ksi, and elongation in a range of 8-40%.
