The method includes: obtaining a thermal imaging picture of the thermal imaging camera; detecting whether the thermal imaging picture shows that a high-temperature object appears in the picture of the thermal imaging camera; confirming that the thermal imaging picture shows that a high-temperature object appears in the picture, generating a heat damage alarm signal, and closing a baffle if the baffle is not closed currently. In the present application embodiments, after detecting a heat damage alarm signal, that is, after detecting that a high-energy radiating object enters an image picture, the baffle is closed immediately, thereby avoiding the risk of the sensor being permanently burnt due to directly face to the high-energy radiating object.

In addition, other stacked chip assembly(ies) can be bonded to the first reconstructed wafer by chip-to-wafer bonding, resulting in even denser stacking of chips and high process efficiency and helping in reducing the process cost and shortening the manufacturing time. The composition is composed of ginseng powder of 250 meshes or more and ?-cyclodextrin, and the mass ratio of the ginseng powder to the ?-cyclodextrin is 1:0.05. Results show that when ?-cyclodextrin is used as a solid dispersant and added to the 1000-mesh ginseng powder at a mass ratio of 5%, the total dissolution amount is maximum; and furthermore, animal experiments (SD rats) show that the area under the plasma drug concentration-time curve (AUC0-48 h) after 48 h of ginseng powder ingestion is maximum, indicating that in-vivo bioavailability of the ginseng powder is the highest. The method of this application can effectively inhibit the aggregation of the ultra-finely pulverized 1000-mesh ginseng powder by adding the ?-cyclodextrin, thus significantly improving the total dissolution amount of ginsenoside.
