    Abstract: The invention provides a supramolecular polymer composition capable of co-assembly to maintain a three dimensional (3-D) macrostructural form after 3-D printing, made of a solvent, a template molecule; and a reactive component. The reactive component can be at least one monomer that is capable of hydrogen bonding with the template molecule to form a 1D supramolecular structure. The template may be an amphiphilic polymer. The monomer has at least two pendant groups capable of covalent crosslinking. The invention also includes a 3-D structure formed by crosslinking a 3-D printed supramolecular polymer composition, which optionally has a mesoporous structure. Also included is a method of manufacturing a 3-D structure by delivering a supramolecular polymer composition onto a surface of a substrate to form the 3-D structure.

The chromatography system is a lateral flow or vertical flow chromatography system. The detection area on a reaction membrane of the chromatography system is immobilized with capture biological ligands, the analytes to be detected is specifically enriched by means of the captured biological ligands, and the analytes enriched in the detection area is specifically recognized by the detection biological ligands labelled with tracer nanoparticles. The optical imaging system can visualize a single tracer nanoparticle specifically bound on the reaction membrane. The image processing system includes a detection area recognition module and a nanoparticle counting module, and the counted number of tracer nanoparticles specifically binding to the detection area and the concentration of the analytes to be detected are a proportional relationship.

When a shoe sole is not landed steadily, the affected-side exoskeleton does not drive the affected side to step out, thereby avoiding the problem that the affected side takes a step when the healthy side does not stand firm. Therefore, the present exoskeleton for rehabilitation has the advantages of better controlling for limb coordination and having higher using safety.
