Abstract: A punch (1) with a shell (2) having an insertion opening (35) for material, which is to be punched, and punching pins (26) in connection with the opening as well as a lever mechanism (55), driven by an electric motor and designed to transmit punching force to the punching pins, which motor drives a gear reduction set with a small gear wheel (66) and a large driven gear wheel (64). An eccentric shaft (62) is eccentrically mounted in the latter wheel with concentric pins (63) in relation to the driven wheel, which concentric pins are mounted in the shell (2).
