  • Patent number: 5784847
Abstract: A suspension system for mounting a false ceiling which allows for adjusting the height of the false ceiling to any desired value. The system includes: a system of ceiling rails screwed or otherwise connected to an existing ceiling; a number of suspension pendulums mounted in the ceiling rails, each of which includes: an upper telescopic part for mounting in a ceiling rail, and a lower telescopic part for connecting false ceiling plates to the suspension pendulums. The telescopic parts of each suspension pendulum are slidable in relation to each other and have a substantially C-shaped horizontal cross section, and branches which are at least slightly resilient, and the upper and lower telescopic parts, at the branch edges thereof are formed with cooperating snap locking means for making it possible to interconnect the telescopic parts in any mutual height positions while the branches bow resiliently out, and in respectively, until they have been lockingly snap engaged in each other.

  • Patent number: 4833844
Abstract: This invention relates to a roof construction, preferably intended to be arranged on a roof of a slight fall and comprising a plurality of supporting plate profiles (1:1') which are put on crossbars (6) or the like, said plate profiles (1:1') being placed in a certain spaced relationship. At roofs having a slight fall, so-called plane roofs, it has so far been impossible in principle to use outer roof covering, as inleakage of water has been a great problem. The invention is characterized in that channeled plates (8) are laid on the supporting plate profiles (1:1') and that a condensate bar in the form of a disc (15) is arranged under each plate (8) at some distance from this, the disc (15) connecting with the plate profiles (1:1').

  • Patent number: 4720956
Abstract: The invention relates to a plate profile (1) intended to be fitted to an anchoring profile (8) connected with a support and to carry another plate profile (5) in the region of its upper end. The plate profile (1) has an upright central portion (2) with an upwardly decreasing width. Two lateral portions (3) which extend transversely to the central portion (2) start from the central portion (2). The lateral portions (3) extend vertically between the anchoring profile (8) and the further plate profile (5). The plate profile (1) is provided with means (12) for engagement with the anchoring profile (8). In the region of their upper end the lateral portions (3) are connected with the further plate profile (5) by way of attaching means (7). The width of the lateral portions (5) increases upwards. The plate profile (1) is included as an essential component of a structure replacing known frames of crossbars for supporting roofs of buildings.
