Abstract: A ventilation fan unit for causing air flow with respect to a room having a ceiling, the room designed for occupancy by a person. The fan unit has a fan unit housing mounted in the ceiling and having an air vent on a room facing surface of the fan unit housing for drawing air from or delivering air to the room. A replaceable panel is provided with a first surface and a second surface, the replaceable panel is removably attachable with the room facing surface of the fan unit housing by way of coupling between the replaceable panel and the fan unit housing so that the replaceable panel can be removed and replaced with another replaceable panel attachable to the fan unit housing by way of the coupling.

Abstract: A frost free faucet having a spigot assembly including a drain conduit, a sleeve assembly including an elongated pipe, and a valve assembly. The valve assembly includes a ½ turn valve, a check valve and optionally a pressure relief mechanism. The ½ turn valve includes a rotatable valve element configured with a water passageway and a stationary valve element with one or through holes. The rotatable valve element is circular-shaped and configured with a water passageway in a semicircular portion. The stationary element is a disc shaped configured with one or more through-holes in a semi-circular portion of the stationary valve element. Upon turning the rotatable valve element 180 degrees in a first direction, the water passageway and the one or more through-holes are aligned to an open position and upon turning the rotatable element 180 degrees in a second direction, the water passageway and the one or more through-holes are misaligned to a closed position.

Abstract: An intelligent queue may be used to facilitate communication among a set business application programs. In one embodiment, the intelligent queue may interact with a variety of business application programs providing consistent service behaviors across a variety of data store products. The intelligent queue provides extended message storage, efficient journalling, interoperability with other intelligent queues, load balancing, once-only processing, as well as detailed message state information that tracks the status of each message from both the sender and the recipient's perspective.
