Abstract: A system is provided for real-time fraud detection with a fraudster voice print watchlist of repetitive fraudster phrases. The system includes a processor and a computer readable medium operably coupled thereto, to perform fraud prevention operations which include detecting a voice communication session having an audio signal of a user, accessing the fraudster voice print watchlist comprising a plurality of fraudster voice prints of the repetitive fraudster phrases, generating a voice print of the user using the audio signal, monitoring the user for real-time fraud detection using the fraudster voice print watchlist and the voice print of the user, and determining, based on the monitoring, whether the voice print of the user meets or exceeds a scoring threshold for matching with one or more of the plurality of fraudster voice prints from the fraudster voice print watchlist during the voice communication session.

Abstract: Methods for detecting fraud include receiving a plurality of call interactions; extracting a voice print of a caller from each of the call interactions; determining which call interactions are associated with a single caller by comparing and matching pairs of voice prints of the call interactions; organizing the call interactions associated with a single caller into a group; and determining that a matching phrase was spoken by the single caller in a first call interaction and second call interaction in the group.

Abstract: A method to optimize and prioritize video routing operations in conjunction with multiple integrated device controls in an integrated operating room system is presented. The method comprises initializing a routing having a source and a destination for routable devices, displaying the routing and a device menu including routable and non-routable devices, requesting a change in the devices, and for each of the devices for which a change is requested, opening a device control window for the device using the device menu, changing the device according to the change request, and closing the device control window, wherein for every device for which a change is requested, when the device control window is opened, all other devices remain accessible. In one embodiment, displaying is performed using a touch screen. In one embodiment, when a change is requested for a routable device, a small video preview window replaces the normal video preview window.

Abstract: An approach to improving the performance of a wordspotting system includes providing an interface for interactive improvement of a phonetic representation of a query based on an operator identifying true detections and false alarms in a data set.

Abstract: Systems and methods for presenting programs over the Internet to a user's computer are disclosed. The programs include video and text corresponding to the video, wherein the text is preferably advanced page by page, in synchronization with the video. Preferably, access is provided to additional information, including web pages stored by servers external to the organization, information stored in the organization's system and information served to the user's computer. The information is accessible through activation points in the text and elsewhere on a graphical user interface, which directly access the information or which directs the user to other activation points for accessing the information. The accessible information or references to the accessible information is served to the user's computer prior to presentation of the program.
