  • Publication number: 20180039165
Abstract: A lens adapter and its back-locking lens fixing device are provided here. The lens fixing device comprises a connecting base (3) which has a receiving hole (31) for receiving the connecting end of the tube body (1) axially opened on it; the lens fixing device further comprises a limiting portion (4) mounted on the connecting base (3), which comprises a rotational portion (41) rotatably sleeved outside of the connecting base (3) and three second male pawl portions (42) those are connected with the rotational portion (41) and extend into the receiving hole (31) through a sidewall of the connecting base (3). The design lens adapter and its back-locking lens fixing device are clever and practical.

  • Publication number: 20170156308
Abstract: A dome-covered rodent trap for capturing rodents. The trap has a base formed of walls and two openings through which rodents may enter. A snap mechanism for trapping rodents is secured to the base. A movable dome also is attached to the base. When the trap is set, the movable dome is maintained in a raised position. However, when the snap mechanism is triggered by a rodent, the movable dome moves downward to cover the base—thereby forming a sealed container around a captured rodent.

  • Publication number: 20170087766
Abstract: A system and method for 3D microfabrication projects light capable of initiating photopolymerization toward a spatial light modulator that modulates light responsive to digital masks corresponding to layers of the structure. Projection optics focus the modulated light onto an optical plane within a photopolymerizable material supported on a stage. A computer controller causes the spatial light modulator to project a sequence of images corresponding to the digital masks while coordinating movement of the stage to move a position of the optical plane within the photopolymerizable material to sequentially project each image of the sequence to generate the structure by progressively photopolymerizing the photopolymerizable material.

  • Publication number: 20150053093
Abstract: A toasting appliance is provided having a housing with a small footprint and having a toasting cavity for toasting bread and a horizontally disposed cooking cavity for cooking food. One or more doors in a side of the housing provide access to the cooking cavity and viewing windows to view both cooking food in the cooking cavity or toasting bread in the toasting cavity.

  • Patent number: 7166822
Abstract: A device for heating and warming food featuring a base with a central member axially projecting it surface which provides heat from its exterior surface. The base is cooperatively engageable with one or a plurality of cooking containers having central cavities adapted to frictionally engage the central member thereby heating food in the containers from a central axis. Secondary cooking containers are engageable to axial projections in the primary cooking contains to allow two foods to be heated at the same time from a central area.

  • Patent number: 7029697
Abstract: A system and methods for controlled gene delivery comprising condensed nucleic acids complexed with polylinkers, wherein the complexes are covalently and/or non-covalently bound to the surface of a substrate capable of supporting cell adhesion. The gene delivery system achieves temporal and spatial control of nucleic acid delivery to a target cell or cells through control of complex density on the surface of the support substrate, and reversibility of the attachment of the polylinker to the support substrate. The system and method of the invention can be used to create spatial patterns of gene expression, and in tissue engineering, high throughput screening, and gene therapy applications.

  • Patent number: 5678896
Abstract: An armrest adjusting device includes an L-shaped base having a horizontal section fixedly attached to each of two sides of a seat of a chair and a vertical section. A cover has a lower portion pivotally mounted on the vertical section of the base. A supporting plate is pivotally mounted on an upper portion of the cover. An armrest is fixedly mounted on an upper portion of the supporting plate. A first snapping mechanism is mounted on the upper portion of the cover and is detachably engaged with the supporting plate, for limiting a pivotal movement of the supporting plate relative to the upper portion of the cover. A second snapping mechanism is mounted on the lower portion of the cover and is detachably engaged with the vertical section of the base, for limiting a pivotal movement of the lower portion of the cover relative to the vertical section of the base.
