Using the tracking data and one or more rules, a determination is made whether the one or more entities are fraudulent. A new rule is received and the one or more rules are updated, while continuing to receive tracking data and determine whether one or more entities are fraudulent. The new rule is used to determine whether one or more entities are fraudulent. Fraud data about the one or more entities is stored in a central database, and, in response to a determination that a particular entity is fraudulent, an alert is sent to a content exchange. The content exchange may suspend, based on the alert, delivery of content items associated with the particular entity.

    Abstract: A mould (14) for manufacturing an article of footwear comprises two mould halves (16); a hollow last (20) which includes a cylindrical downwardly open opening (30) at its foot end (26); and a first sole plate (34) which includes a projection (32) having a head portion (36) which is arranged to extend into the opening (30) in the last (20) in order to restrict movement of the last within the mould. Polyurethane is injected into cavity (44) defined between the last and mould halves (16)/sole plate (34) to form an inner sole of an article of footwear having a hole in it in a position where projection (32) cooperated with opening (30). This opening may then be plugged prior to the formation of an outer sole using a second sole plate (which does not include a projection (32) instead of the first sole plate.

    Abstract: The cavity of a rotatable cylindrical waveguide supports the TE.sub.11 mode of propagation of a received wave and a transmitted wave. The proximal and distal ends of the cylindrical waveguide are adjacent and axially aligned with one end of a rectangular flexible waveguide and a fixedly disposed horn aperture, respectively. The transmitted wave propagates in the TE.sub.10 mode through the rectangular waveguide to the cylindrical waveguide. Additionally, the rectangular waveguide prevents propagation therethrough of the received wave. The cylindrical waveguide couples the transmitted wave to the horn. Rotation of the end of the rectangular waveguide rotates the polarization of the transmitted wave. A pair of slots in the cylindrical waveguide form passageways between the cavity thereof and a pair of filters that pass the received wave whereby the received wave propagates through the filters.

    Abstract: A sum channel waveguide is excited in a TE.sub.11 mode to cause a radio frequency wave to propagate therefrom through a cylindrical multimode waveguide. The wave propagates via a discontinuity that causes the multimode waveguide to be excited in the TE.sub.11 mode and higher order modes. The multimode waveguide is coupled to free space via a dielectric lens and a cup shaped matching section, whereby the wave causes a beam to be radiated from the lens. The cavity of the multimode waveguide is contiguous with a plurality of arcuate cavities of a difference channel waveguide. The beam is deflected in response to excitation of the arcuate cavities.

    Abstract: A plurality of coaxially wound, untuned helical antennas have a pitch that is a function of displacement along the axis of the antennas. The untuned antennas may be excited by signals that have a selected phase shift therebetween. The excitation causes an additive combining of electromagnetic waves radiated by the untuned antennas. The helical antennas may be tuned to radiate the waves in respective bands of frequencies, thereby simultaneously providing filtering and radiation characteristics that make the tuned antennas suitable for frequency diplexing.

    Abstract: A spectrum reuse antenna system is described for transmitting orthogonally polarized RF waves at one frequency band to a satellite and for receiving orthogonally polarized RF waves from a satellite at a second frequency band through a common antenna. A local generator provides a first control signal which varies as a function of the typical rotation of the polarization of a transmitted wave at the one frequency band travelling through the ionosphere. The local generator also provides a second control signal which varies as a function of the typical rotation of the polarization of a received wave at the second frequency band travelling through the ionosphere. A driven means responsive to the first control signal causes a rotation of the polarization of the transmitted waves to correct for Faraday rotation in the ionosphere and a driven means responsive to the second control signal causes rotation of the polarization angle of the antenna system for the received waves to correct for the Faraday rotation.

    Abstract: A multimode coupling system includes a funnel-shaped coupling member having one coupling aperture at the narrow end thereof, one larger coupling aperture at the larger end thereof, and a plurality of coupling apertures in the side wall thereof. A third and fourth of these apertures lie in a second common plane orthogonal to the first and on diametrically opposite surfaces of the member. A coupling circuit is provided between the plurality of side wall coupling apertures and an asymmetrical mode terminal for advancing the phase of signals at the first and third side wall apertures approximately 90.degree. relative to the phase of signals at the second and fourth side wall apertures to thereby achieve coupling of asymmetrical mode signals between the larger end and the asymmetrical mode terminal.
