Publication number: 20230401101Abstract: A system and method for lifecycle automation of workflow processes. The system includes a memory and one or more processors to execute computer-readable instructions stored in the memory to perform a method. The method has the following steps. First, authorizing access via a dashboard or API to a centralized library repository. The centralized library repository hosts shared automation configuration. The shared automation configuration is configured to be selected via a blueprint profile or by the user team and applied to a managed repository. Second, generating a configuration file. The configuration file defines the shared automation configuration parameters for the managed repository. Lastly, committing the configuration file to the managed repository thereby committing the shared automation configuration to the managed repository. The system is configured to track inputs to the shared automation configuration and propagate changes that result from the input to impacted managed repositories.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 12, 2023Publication date: December 14, 2023Inventor: Stephen Peter GREENBERG

Patent number: 8222434Abstract: The present inventions are directed to a novel bactobolin analog bactobolin D. The present inventions also are directed to a method of producing a composition comprising at least one bactobolin analog using a bacteria strain comprising a bacterial cell comprising the biosynthetic locus of the bactobolin analog in Burkholderia thailandensis (bta cluster) or a homolog structure (at least 95% sequence identity) thereof, and further isolation and purification of the bactobolin analog. For example, the bacterial strain can be a wild type bacterial strain such as a Burkholderia strain comprising a bta cluster (e.g. Burkholderia thailandensis (e.g. E264, Bt4, and TXDOH) and Burkholderia pseudomallei (e.g. K96243, 1106a, and 1106b).Type: GrantFiled: April 5, 2010Date of Patent: July 17, 2012Assignees: University of Washington through its Center for Commercialization, President and Fellows of Harvard CollegeInventors: E. Publication number: 20050201088Abstract: A cold temperature light fixture comprises an insulated housing having one or more ballasts and plural lamps to retain heat within enclosure so that ballasts and lamps start up more rapidly, and greater light output is obtained. The fixture may be operated in selected configurations and may include secondary heating elements within the fixture to warm ballasts. In one operating configuration, one or more of the ballasts is always energized and one or more of the lamps is preferably at least partially illuminated in an off mode. A sensor is operable to switch the fixture between the off and on mode, in which all ballasts are energized and all lamps illuminated.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 11, 2005Publication date: September 15, 2005Inventors: Richard Stach, Lynn Post, Timothy Cary, Peter Greenberg

Publication number: 20040152660Abstract: Provided are compositions and methods useful for modulating the activity of autoinducer synthase catalysts. A method for identifying modulators of the autoinducer synthesis reaction is also provided. Such modulators are useful for controlling bacterial growth and can be used for therapeutic treatment of bacterial infections particularly in immunocompromised subjects. They are also useful in treating disease states associated with autoinducer synthesis and biofilm development.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 5, 2004Publication date: August 5, 2004Applicant: The Board of Trustees of the University of IllinoisInventors: John E. Publication number: 20030113742Abstract: The present invention relates to methods for the modulation of biofilm formation and antibiotic resistance. Specifically, the present invention identifies the differential expression of biofilm-associated genes in biofilms, relative to their expression in non-biofilm producing bacterial cells. The present invention also identifies the differential expression of biofilm-associated genes in biofilms treated with antibiotic, relative to their expression in untreated biofilms. The present invention describes methods for the diagnostic evaluation of biofilm formation. The invention also provides methods for identifying a compound capable of modulating biofilm formation and antibiotic resistance. The present invention also provides methods for the identification and therapeutic use of compounds as treatments of biofilm-associated diseases or disorders.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 19, 2002Publication date: June 19, 2003Applicant: University of Iowa Research FoundationInventors: Marvin Whiteley, M.
