    Abstract: The present invention concerns laboratory test tubes for the dosing of liquids. Connected to the opening of the test tube is an inner tube, which is shorter than the test tube. Between the test tube and the inner tube is an intermediate space of a constant retention volume. The intermediate space preferably has a width of between 0.5 mm and 1 mm. Also disclosed is a method of using the laboratory test tubes of the present invention for the resuspension of sediments obtained by centrifuging.
