  • Publication number: 20180299342
Abstract: A pinch valve including a tubular valve member, which extends in a valve housing between two connecting pieces having a fluid port each and which has a flexible circumferential wall, and further including a pressurisation chamber, which is arranged in the valve housing around the circumferential wall of the valve member and which can be pressurised by compressed air which can act on the circumferential wall of the valve member as a pinching means in order to pinch it for changing the flow cross-section made available by the valve member for the passage of process medium, and further including a leakage detection device for detecting a leakage causing the escape of process medium at the pinch valve.

  • Patent number: 6618635
Abstract: A programming apparatus having an arrangement for formulating an automating task to be performed in the form of a programming language for automating apparatuses is described, which simplifies a process error analysis for an analysis unit. For this purpose, the programming apparatus is provided with an arrangement that store operands (9; 27), marked to be monitored, in the order in which they appear in the network in a logic list. Furthermore, the programming apparatus has an arrangement that store the operands of this network in an operand list in the order in which they appear in the network. The lists can be transferred into the analysis unit for analysis.

  • Patent number: 4135667
Abstract: An electrostatic spray apparatus wherein a charging chamber is formed as an enlargement in the conduit feed to the spray nozzle. The charging electrode is disposed axially of the conduit with a pointed end located at the exit end of the enlargement and facing upstream of a particle stream flow and opposed to a counterelectrode end located at the inlet side of said enlargement. The counterelectrode may be an obtuse end of an elongated element or may be formed as a grid extending across the conduit or as an annular element formed about a wall of the conduit. Optionally shown are a plurality of enlarged charging chambers, as annular element forming a constricted flow path and a charging electrode second end extending beyond the spray nozzle. Means introduce an air flow into the particle stream at both the nozzle and at the charging chamber.
