Abstract: A multi-piece, multi-material golf club head is disclosed herein. More specifically, the golf club head in accordance with the present invention utilizes multiple pieces of different materials to form a frontal portion of a golf club head, allowing more of the frontal portion of the golf club head to be made out of a lightweight material to match the lightweight material of the aft body of the golf club head.

Abstract: A redirection of a URL page request may be performed by monitoring an upstream path from a subscriber to the internet through an ISP. When a URL page request is detected from a subscriber for whom a redirection is required, a redirection device generates a single TCP packet response that mimics a response from the intended destination server. The single TCP packet includes a set FIN bit that closes any active session with the destination server to prevent the subscriber from accepting packets from the destination server.

Abstract: A device for sealing an aperture in a tissue includes: a foot including a distal portion configured to be disposed distal to the tissue when the device is implanted in a position to seal the aperture; and a flexible wing positionable against a distal surface of the tissue adjacent the aperture such that the flexible wing is disposed between the distal portion of the foot and the distal surface adjacent the aperture.

Abstract: Phosphor materials and devices containing such phosphor materials are disclosed. An ink composition of in accordance with the present disclosure comprises a phosphor material comprising a Mn4+ doped phosphor of formula 1, Ax[MFy]:Mn4+ (I), and at least one rare earth containing Garnet phosphor, the at least one rare earth Garnet phosphor is present in the phosphor material in an amount of at least about 80 wt % based on the weight of the phosphor material, wherein the at least one rare earth containing a Garnet phosphor has a D50 particle size from about 0.5 microns to about 15 microns, where A is Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, or a combination thereof; M is Si, Ge, Sn, Ti, Zr, Al, Ga, In, Sc, Y, La, Nb, Ta, Bi, Gd, or a combination thereof; x is the absolute value of the charge of the [MFy] ion; and y is 5, 6 or 7.

Abstract: An internet service provider (ISP) is configured to analyze data sent by a user to determine a subscriber account associated with the data and a user associated with the data. A database is then queried to determine the number of users of the subscriber account, with a number above a threshold indicating a likely theft of service. This automatic process is accompanied by automated messaging to the user with information as to the measures taken and remedial options. The messaging may be different dependent on whether the user is deemed to be an authorized user having subscriber account administration rights.

Abstract: An assembly includes a frame and a conveyor mat configured to transition between a retracted state in which the conveyor mat is disposed within a footprint of the frame, and a deployed state in which the conveyor mat is disposed at least partially disposed outside the footprint of the frame. The conveyor mat has a plurality of linkages, a plurality of rollers, a plurality of supports, and a plurality of axles. Individual axles couple to individual linkages of the plurality of linkages, individual rollers of the plurality of rollers, and individual supports of the plurality of supports together. A tensioning system is configured to control the conveyor mat transitioning between the retracted state and the deployed state.

The mount includes a first lift link having a first end pivotally coupled to a support surface of the watercraft and a second end pivotally coupled to a front portion of the seat base and a second lift link distally located from the first lift link and having a first end pivotally coupled to a support surface of the watercraft and a second end pivotally coupled to a rear portion of the seat base. Abstract: A system and computer implemented method is provided for referring and tracking content. The system and method include functionality for allowing a primary user to upload content, storing the content on a site owner database, generating unique links to the content for each primary user designated client, determining when the client has played the received content beyond a predetermined threshold, and soliciting the client to become a referring client upon the determination. The system and method also include functionality for allowing the referring client to receive a reward from the primary user when the referring client refers the content to others who also view the content beyond the predetermined threshold.

Abstract: Systems and methods to provide a set of qualifying steps for a crowdsourced project during creation of the project, where the steps are coupled with cost calculators, medal awards, partner identification, and third party auditing. The systems and methods allow an efficient project entry method while also scoring the completeness of the project to potential funding users. The inclusion of stretch goals, added at any time during the creation or funding of a project allows dynamic adjustment of target funding levels and awards, providing incentives for increased funding. Described herein is a system and method to create crowdfunded projects along with quality control checks visible to funders and incentives to induce more funders and greater funding levels, at the same time as creating a higher project success rate.

An embodiment of the present invention includes a body, a first engaging portion, and a second engaging portion. The body may be capable of surrounding the device, wherein the body may include a first end and a second end that are capable of moving towards each other. The first engaging portion may be located at a first end, wherein the first engaging portion may include at least one plate. The second engaging portion may be located at the second end, wherein the second engaging portion may include at least one plate. The engaging portions may be capable of being fitted together and the plates may be capable of being fastened together to secure the clamp around the material and device.

Abstract: A handheld mascara applicator comprising an applicator head, a source of electric current, and a heat generating portion that is effective to heat a quantity of mascara located on the applicator head, from an ambient temperature to a product application temperature, in 25 seconds or less, or that is effective to raise the temperature of the outer surface of the applicator head from an ambient temperature to about 55° C. or more, in 25 seconds or less. Systems for applying various types of mascara compositions are also disclosed.

Abstract: A reasonably-sized testing database instance can be efficiently replicated and maintained for a very large production database while retaining the characteristics and cross-sectional data. The performance characteristics are maintained in order to provide for proper testing of the production database for various application programs. Statistics on the type of data distribution for the customer data are obtained, allowing for parameters to be determined which can be used to store data only near the endpoints of the distribution (and/or at other key locations). In this way, a substantial amount of data skew is retained in a much smaller instance of the production database, allowing for easier performance testing, upgrade testing, etc.
