  • Patent number: 10654238
Abstract: A device for forming a peripheral edge of a cup blank made of paper material, having at least one forming tool, wherein the forming tool is arranged on a tool carrier which is arranged so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis, wherein the rotation axis coincides with a longitudinal centre axis of the cup blank inserted into the device. The forming tool and the tool carrier are configured and arranged so as to travel along a profile, deviating from a circular shape, of the peripheral edge of the cup blank.

  • Patent number: 10589890
Abstract: A container of paper or paper-like material, having a sleeve and having a bottom and/or a cover, wherein the bottom and/or cover and the sleeve are connected in substantially liquid-tight fashion in the region of a bottom skirt and/or cover skirt. The sleeve is composed of a sheetlike blank, and wherein regions adjoining a first side edge and adjoining a second side edge, situated opposite the first side edge, of the blank are laid one on top of the other so as to form an overlapping side seam and connected to one another by material-bonding engagement, wherein at least the region adjoining the first side edge forms a step which is offset relative to the rest of the blank.

  • Patent number: 4512811
Abstract: A method and container cleaning machine for reducing the harmful materials which pass into the waste water from a bottle cleaning machine which includes a preliminary soaking tank, a subsequently arranged soaking and washing solution bath which includes at least one bath, and spraying sections which are arranged after the soaking and washing solution bath. Soaking solution is used as the bath solution for the preliminary soaking tank. At least a partial flow of the soaking solution is removed from the preliminary soaking tank, is cleaned, and is returned to a soaking bath of comparable wash solution concentration for further bottle handling while observing the bath solution levels which are to be maintained and while observing a sufficient wash solution regeneration. The used spray water from the spraying sections is withdrawn from the container cleaning machine while bypassing the preliminary soaking tank.
